About these terms
These terms cover New Bern Insider’s city guide, dining tools, bear collection and AI phone operator. New Bern Insider is operated by Strategix AI LLC in New Bern, North Carolina. Contact: hello@mail.newberninsider.com.
Use the guide responsibly and follow these terms when using its tools. If you do not agree, stop using the service. The separate Call Tamesha giveaway has its own official rules.
A guide to help you decide
Listings, maps, hours, prices, events and AI answers can contain mistakes or change. Check important details directly with the business or organizer before you travel, buy or book. A listing or connection does not guarantee availability, quality or a person answering.
The Dinner Deal helps you choose from your selected restaurants. It does not make a reservation, place an order, take payment or award a prize. Any purchase or booking is between you and the business.
Explore and collect safely
Bear locations can refer to a host address rather than an exact statue position. Observe posted opening hours, traffic rules and access restrictions. Do not trespass or use the map while driving. Children should explore with an adult.
Bear checkoffs are self-reported personal progress. They are not verified visits, contest entries or prize eligibility. The proposed bear-prize contest has not been activated.
The phone operator
Tamesha is an AI operator at (252) 675-4098. She can make mistakes and cannot handle emergencies or provide professional medical, legal or financial advice. For an emergency, call 911. Your carrier’s usual call and message rates may apply.
Ordinary calls are recorded and transcribed, including the connected-business conversation. The medical connection path pauses recording before dialing the medical business; health-related transcripts and detailed summaries are excluded from our call notes. Audio before the pause can remain with the phone providers.
Tamesha sends a text only when you ask and confirm consent and your calling number. Reply STOP to stop future texts. Asking for service information is separate from subscribing to a newsletter.
Privacy and device saves
You can use the guide without an account. Optional dining saves and bear progress stay in your browser on this device. They can be lost if site data is cleared or you change devices. Bear distance sorting asks for location when you choose it.

A save or checkoff does not enter a giveaway.
Separate giveaway rules
The Call Tamesha giveaway is separate from the bear collection. Its eligibility, entry methods, dates, prize and winner process are governed by the rules on the separate giveaway site. These general terms do not create an entry or change those rules.
Respect the service and its content
Do not use automated calls or requests to disrupt the service, impersonate someone, bypass access controls or misuse another person’s information.
Photos, maps, business marks and other content may belong to their respective owners. Display on Insider does not grant permission to copy, republish or commercially reuse it. Linked sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
Features may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn for maintenance, accuracy or safety. We will update this page and its date when the terms change. Check the current version before using a new feature.
